I see you working so hard and accomplishing so much, and you should be very proud of yourself. But I also see that you’re quietly struggling. You hide it very well, but it’s there.
You’re doing All the Right Things, and yet somehow it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would. You go from pushing yourself to borderline burnout to booking a vacation or spa day to get your mojo back, and then you start all over again. I have learned so much about myself and the limitations I place on myself. So much self doubt holds me back from doing the things I want to do. Working with Brigid has given me the tools to assess how a specific situation makes me feel and decide whether or not I should continue on that path or follow the road less travelled. I wasn’t sure what life coaching could do for me – I felt like I had things pretty together and I didn’t feel like I needed much outside help. Since I worked with Brigid, I have been feeling an increased sense of lightness and ease about my decision making and my actions. I’m a solo entrepreneur and although I’m very motivated and hardworking, I often feel like I’m still not doing enough, or making the best, most productive choices about how to spend my time.
