I wasn’t sure what life coaching could do for me – I felt like I had things pretty together and I didn’t feel like I needed much outside help. Since I worked with Brigid, I have been feeling an increased sense of lightness and ease about my decision making and my actions. I’m a solo entrepreneur and although I’m very motivated and hardworking, I often feel like I’m still not doing enough, or making the best, most productive choices about how to spend my time.
