The HAPPY Movie

Screening of the documentary film “HAPPY”, by Roko Belic

HAPPY takes us on a journey from the swamps of Louisiana to the slums of Kolkata in search of what really makes people happy. Combining real life stories of people from around the world and powerful interviews with the leading scientists in happiness research, HAPPY explores the secrets behind our most valued emotion. Does money make you HAPPY? Kids and family? Your work? Do you live in a world that values and promotes happiness and well-being? Are we in the midst of a happiness revolution? HAPPY is a film that sets out to answer these questions and more.

Your peace of mind. We want to help you deepen your understanding of your body and help you accept it with love and compassion. We want to help you step off the nutrition roller coaster and jump into the driver’s seat on the road to your best health.”

 -Alicia Mathlin

Brigid Dineen, Life Coach for Lasting Change & {plan A} holistic life™ by Alicia Mathlin are hosting part two of their dynamic Own It. Rock It. Make It Happen™ workshop series for 2014.

The workshop will capture the essence of Brigid and Alicia’s expertise from their respective professional experience in improving women’s lives. April’s event will provide women with useful tools and tips to:

live well
age well
nourish yourSELF
improve your relationship with food
get leaner + lighter

“The way we feed ourselves is a mirror for what’s going on inside. If your relationship with food is not what you’d like it to be, think of it as your soul’s way of asking you to take a closer look at your heart. Where are you hurting? Where are you putting pressure on yourself? What needs are going unmet? All of it is a call for love. When we tune in to these deeper needs, the body no longer needs to cry for help by acting out through our food choices. Let’s go deeper and come out lighter – in mind and in body.”

-Brigid Dineen

Our first workshop was FANTASTIC! Thank you so much to all the wonderful women who showed up, opened their hearts, and shared their goals & struggles. It was an honour to share this experience with you!
