1) What’s a life coach?
A life coach is someone who helps you to change your life for the better. Think of it as a personal trainer for your life. You’re already healthy & functioning, but you’re ready to step it up. Whether it’s finding your calling, attracting a great partner, losing weight for good, or getting more confident, a life coach can help. I’ll zero in on the thoughts and beliefs that are standing in your way, and help you untie them so that you can free yourself to be fabulous. I’ll help you clarify the goals that are right for you, and take steps in the direction of your dreams. Oh yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
2) Where do we meet?
I conduct my sessions over the phone or on Skype. This means that no matter where you live, we can work together.
3) What if I need help in between sessions?
You can always e-mail me for support, or schedule an “emergency” coaching call.
4) How will I know it’s working?
Not only will you feel more confident and capable of doing the great things you’ve always dreamed of…you’ll be doing them! You’ll feel like you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone, and you’ll feel that that’s a good thing. You’ll be more self-aware, self-compassionate, motivated, and accomplished. It’s a feeling of empowered awesomeness. Horseshoes might even fly out of your bum.
