I conducted a poll on social media the other day, asking people what symptoms of stress they’re experiencing.

The top 5 responses were:

  1. Trouble focusing/concentrating.
  2. Short temper.
  3. Increased reliance on unhealthy coping strategies.
  4. Trouble sleeping.
  5. No energy, despite sleeping a lot.
